Non latex condoms
Condoms have been around for more than 500 years, before latex was
even invented. For instance, leather, turtle shells and horns are some
of the strange materials that have been used to make non latex condoms.
Polyurethane is a very popular material for non latex condoms. Although
it is still a synthetic material, polyurethane is thinner than latex
and provides more sensitivity during intercourse. Due to this advantage,
polyurethane is also more expensive than latex.
However antiquated it may seem, lambskin is another common material
for non latex condoms. Like polyurethane, lambskin has a unique ability
to transfer heat easily, which is more sensational to the wearer. Lambskin
condoms aren’t as protective as latex, however–the pores
in the material are believed to allow dangerous agents (diseases) through.
